Hi! I always wanted to take pictures of my fish, and I finally got a digital camera for Christmas. It's a Nikon Coolpix 8700, and I don't really know how to use it yet so I don't think I am maximizing its potential at all. I've just been messing around with it mostly, and I'm really impressed with what it can do. I don't know anything about photo editing software, and I think mine probably sucks. It's Arcsoft Photostudio 2000 that came with my computer. Unfortunately, I can't afford better software or any camera accessories right now, so I will have to make the best of what I have.

In case you are interested, here are the fish I keep:
20 gallon planted: 1 Bolivian ram, 7 gold pristella tetras, 1 flying fox
29 gallon planted: 3 Bolivian rams, 7 green fire tetras, 6 rummy nose tetras, 1 clown pleco, 1 twig catfish, 1 amano shrimp
35 gallon: 2 blood parrots, 7 "red glass" barbs (?), 1 bristlenose pleco, 1 apple snail
55 gallon: 1 severum, 1 firemouth, 1 convict, 6 tiger barbs, 3 green barbs, 1 sailfin pleco
5 gallon planted Eclipse (just set up at work): 1 male betta

I'm looking forward to hangin' around. :-D
