Let me start by saying hi i've been a fan of this fourm for a cupple of years now, but i just got my first catfish.It is a marble achara catfish that I got this past wendsday night.I was wondering how long it takes for a fish to get used to the tank(acting very shy).He only will eat when i am not in the room and tank lights are off,when i put in a pellet he refuses to eat in front of me insted he hides in a little cave inside of the drift wood or just stares motionless at me.I was wondering if this is normal and if he will eventually warm up to me(eat when i drop the pellet in) or if this will be his normal eating habit.Please give me your feed back on this topic I really would apreciate it thanks
