my tank has high ammonia for no reason.. problem is that how do i get the ammonia down and not to keep it down.. been having the tank for 5 years .. dunno why my ammonia went up, help

People are going to be asking for more info on what has been going on over the past month or two. current stock, New stock added, water change schedule, feeding, and what not. It is hard to tell where a problem is if we don't know specifics. Give as many specifics as you can to get the best ideas as to why this is happening.
silver arowana, ntt, 7 pointers , 2 BP, water change every week, feeding arowana everyday ,, and others every 3 days, 125G. filter , fx5, ehiem pro 3 2075
When did u star to notice ammonia build up? Also how big is the arowana? have you tested the tap water? Have you cleaned the filter pads recently?
today .. arowana maybe 13 inches.. tap no ammonia , filter pad.. haven't change for like 1 months or more
How old is your test kit? Sometimes the kit is no good. And that seems like ph little low

Tester new , yea I been having ph problems too , never solved the problem , always been that low , I need it around6.5 ,
