I saw in another thread another member say something about this? Is there any truth to it? Would say keeping your tank at 77 degrees yield less agression than say a tank at 82?

Warmer water speeds up digestion and metabolism so fish get hungrier faster and you know how mean hungry fish can get. They will also be more active. People also use higher temps to grow their fish faster so they can feed them more often and to fight off sickness/disease's. Overfeeding will decreases your fishes lifespan though.

Every time I'm dealing with injuries and disease I increase my temperature and add at least 1 more airstone to my tank. Warm water, oxygen, and sometimes (not always) salt is the key to healing up fish.
