my aro eats both hikari aro pellets and sinking pellets. The nutritutional content between the two is pretty similar. So from now on instead of buying both, should i just feed sinking pellets? Will i still get good growth and color on my aro?

Also by doing this i can better calibrate my auto feeder.

sinking pellets? sounds like you'll end up with too much waste... I'd stick with the hikari sticks. Read the stickies, there's some good info on changing their diet and getting them to eat sticks.

my aro eats both,

i forgot to mention i have 2 motoros, 1 bichir, 1 NTT, and 2 rh, which all like the sinking pellets. So instead of buying both, why not just buy sinking pellets is my question.

You don't mention how big or what type aro you have. My concern would be that the aro gets enough before it all sinks to the bottom. Otherwise the sinking pellets would be fine.

his aro is an RTG

wont the sinking pellets promote drop eye? stick to floating ones

Well i basically want ot calibrate my auto feeder so i can all the same size pellets inside. So ill get basically the same number of pellets each drop.

as long as the aro is going after both types of pellets, wont it get drop eye regardless, if that myth is true?
