Hikari bio gold + or blood prrot +

i bought 6 red parrots for my 120 gallon.
I am planning to buy some food for them. Which would be good? Hikari cichlid bio gold+ or hikari blood parrot+? I would like to buy any one of them. Please suggest.

Never had any issues with hikari pellets. If your bp's have the bad mouthy thing going on though, you may want to let them soften up first before you feed them. Looks like the bp food has a blend of color enhancing stuff tho so you may want to go that way if it also has the probiotics that bio gold+ has.

Do both for variety...I'm mixing all the hikari pellet types. I have a growing baby O and big parrots...I soften the pellets until they are slightly spongy (hot water works fast and makes 'em extra stinky). They inhale the stuff like there's no tomorrow. Currently using the medium pellets.
