Hikari cichlid bio gold??

I bought this for my large African cichlids but when I started reading the label I found that it was for large carnivorous cichlids.Can I still feed this to Africans?

I am not a mbuna expert, I know mostly about haps/peacocks, but I believe a lot of protein is bad for most mbuna as a lot of them are herbivores, and you will eventually end up with malawi bloat.

I certainly wouldnt use it, too much protein just causes problems.

Hikari cichlid excel is fine for mbuna though.

Or use a good quality spiruleena flake

seems a bit higher, but I use NLS at is have little less than that but not too much.

Ok then,this stuff is not for mbunas.I guess I'll give it to my catfish.It's good thing I also bought some OSI spirulina,I no I can use that.I normally use the OSI but thought I would just try something else.Thanks big fellas
