Hikari food sticks as a staple?

Can Hikiari's "food sticks" product work as a staple. it advertises itself as being good for top feeding carnivores, and comes in a red package. my oscar loves it

As far as I have heard, it is extremely similar to Hikari Carni sticks and Massivore in ingredients.
