Hikari food sticks?

Hi. Im trying to get my CK to eat something else then feeders. Has anyone tried hikari food sticks? DO u also think he'll eat live worms?

How big is it? How long have you had it? Have you tried starving? Tank mates?

he's 8inches long and I've had him for about 3 weeks. He's in there with a shovelnose and royal pleco. And no I haven't tried starving him becasue my shovelnose also eats the rosies.

Try starving and see if he'll eat any proccessed foods. Again, don't get him hooked onto one food, give some variety.

After thinking about it, I'd rather have my fish on pellets or frozen food instead of feeders cuz feeders do add up in moolah and the nutrient density is far greater then it is in feeders. I will starve my fish for, would u say 3-4 days? What I have in my freezer are frozen bloodworms and beefheart. I will try these, I have a feeling the Ck will go with the bloodworms and the shovelnose will go with the beefheart. I should also go outside and dig around for worms to lol. I've never gave worms to any fish I've taken care of, so do I have to freeze them, clean them with water, do I cut them in pieces or just throw them in the tank? Thanks guys. Im hoping to get my fish on a nutritionally good diet and get them big
