i have the gold (which has all s.a. fish on the package) and cichlid excel (specifically for africans) and i sometimes feed the cichlid gold to some of my fish that are larger. is the gold bad for the africans? is there much of a difference nutrition wise (other than the added spirulina in the excel?) thanks ahead!

dont feed H gold to africans
they arent suppose to consume animal protein, as this can lead to a condition called "Malawi bloat."
they need to stick to greens and algae.
