^ Depends... if your fish is say 1" right now and say eating the 1mm pellets, it probably won't be eating the 1mm pellets when its at say 12"

So really depends on the needs of the fish and what they can handle...

Ok! Does this speed up growth too?

changing the size of pellet wont increase the growth rate. Its just more convinient its like you eating a meal from pea sized mouthfuls' instead of a proper mouth full. You would have to have more small mouthfuls and it would take longer.

The NLS Thera A 300g?

If you feed your fish a pellet that's too big with a dense pellet like NLS, it will have to "chew" more and it will be expelled into your water column and end up breaking down in your filters and converting to nitrate. My 12" black belt in my avatar likes 2mm, spits out 4.5mm (I could train him to take 4.5mm, but other fish in the tank eat 2mm so it works out fine). But my 6" female Cuban gulps down the 4.5mm. Take into account mouth size, feeding habits, and individual fish as well. Might take some experimenting to get a feeding routine that works perfectly for you.

I like Omega one pellets, the first three ingredients are fresh seafood ingredients and it seems like a natural alternative to raw food.

I think I'll get the smaller one.
