We've made an order with one of our supplier for Hikari Massivore in the 13.4 oz bag. We expect the order in next week and will be offering it for sale to our customers. thread link: http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=141393

I'm considering using it here as an additional type of food to offer our rays as well as an easy feeding alternative for when I need to have someone take care of the rays and they may not want to handle raw smelt.

What experiences has every had with feeding this to rays?
What species of ray have you gotten to eat eat?
Do young rays take it to? If so, how young?

Any experiences/comments would be appreciated.

i tried them recently, no one would eat them. even when i stuffed them in their shrimp.:screwy:

Pat i got your pups to eat them in a little over a week just broke the pellets up for the pups its a great alternate food in my opinion. I think you will like it .

sometimes it takes a few days of starving to get them to eat them.... every ray i have had has eaten massivore and other pellets

Sounds like most everyone has had good luck. I'm definately going to try it.

For the question about pricing -

Price will be $19.99 per bag, shipping extra. It's lightweight, and if we use flat rate USPS boxes we can ship large orders for not much. Even small orders won't cost much to ship with USPS. PM with zip code and order quantity and I can quote shipping. It will be listed on the website next week. I can take orders now and ship as soon as it arrives.
