I've seen them a few times, not very common. They thrive best in brackish water and are quite difficult to keep. Size? No idea, but not too big I guess.
 
Yup, Phil is thinking of H. chaophraya. H. oxyrhyncha is much smaller, as indicated in the fishbase link rayman posted. Wes (fugupuff) got some in a few years ago. They are purportedly rather delicate.
 
i know they have them at my work, they look rpetty cool they come in regularly. they like 10 inches across (disk) like 2.5 feet if u include the tail :P
