We do have a pond but its winter here and it gets REALLY cold. This is their winter enclosure.

Ok i just realized that my state is WAY off lol I don't live in lowgap NC where ever the heck that is lol I live in Missouri. How do I change at?

Also where I live I live out of town and in Missouri you don't have to have a permit. Altho in town they are illegal to have that's why we live out of town.
