Hit and Run Accident

I was struck by a car when he was changing lanes today, I was going 70 MPH. I lost control spun out and went head on into the center divide. The other guy took off. I just got out of the hospital 3 hours later and am now in pain. I have a huge medical bill and am now out of a car. I need to seel alot of things to get the money to pay for my bills. Im a broke college student. Medical was 16,000. Any help is appreciated.

Thats a nightmare for sure but i am glad you will be okay.. i would not be in such a hurry to sell stuff though.. maybe they will get the other guy and maybe your insurance will cover all the bills.. get some rest and think about money later.
