Hit up the dock for some fishing

Had some free time today and went fishing with some friends. Caught a 36" 18lb striped bass (my guess caz there was no tape measure or scale to weigh it). It was one hell of a fight but as u can see i was reworded with a tasty dinner.

WOW that is one HUGE white bass! How did it taste? I love white bass mainly because they hardly have any bones with the meat.

I work for a charter boat here on the island. Trust me my filleting is not a prob. what is a prob is using a bait knife and the floor of a dock to fillet the fish .
