I would say peppermint shrimp but beware as some shrimp get a taste for corals once theyve eaten all the aptasia.

I was thinking the shrimp too, I have hermit crabs but they aren't eating them, I have no corals and don't plan on any for at a minimum of 6 months to a year as this tank is less than a week old

Called my lfs, picking up two peppermint shrimp in morning. Plus I'm buying some stuff that you inject into the anemone, but I'm just gonna put that away as a back up.

aiptasia that won't be the only one you have and be very careful in how you treat them or rid them cause there very good survivors and will spread like wildfire if your not careful

Peppermint are okay, but may eat corals too. See if you can get some Monaco (Lysmata seticaudata) shrimp, will wipe a colony over night, but are reef safe.
