im rather confused, heres why. I have an acara i have been treating for an infection caused by an injury, which was due to agression from a severum in my main tank and just today, i noticed very small holes around his head, the start of HITH. my water parameters are 0 ammonia 0 nitrite 10ppm nitrate. I do two 80% water changes a week, i dont use carbon in my filters, just biomedia, and feed a varied diet of cichlid bio gold, hikari vitamin fortified krill, silversides, vitamin fortified bloodworms, shrimp pellets and various other things. So as the culprit im left with stress from the other fish, or possiblly just that hemexia bacteria or whatever its called. has anyone seen HITH caused just by agression from other fish as the sole cause, i know its a disease of rather unknown origin but im suprised that a fish in perfect water and great diet would get it, any thoughts???

it could theoretically be due to something like hexamita, if so, just use metronizadole
