I think my oscar has hith. He has 3 small holes in his head. Do water changes alone stop the holes or do I need medication too

Also I'll be honest I've been lazy on water changes but I'm gonna startvdoing them every day again

hi! I also have the same problem with my flower horn. it started out with a small white hole then right now, it hurts me a lot looking at my fish. she have 2 white big holes infront of her face. she always stays at the bottom of the tank, near the filter. my fish will swim if i tap the glass and that's it. she will go back to the same position. have a low appetite and some times i could see her slanting whenever she stays still.

just do water changes, increase temp as long as the water is clean the hith will stop.

you can salt if you like but i wouldnt medicate.

thanks! i'll do it right away when i got home.. still here at work. i'm a newbie when it comes to taking care of a flower horn. this is my first fish & i want to see it grow big with a big hump as well. it might be more than 2 years old now but it's hump is not that big as what i can see on other pictures over the internet. how about the temp? i don't know how to increase it. i have a 50 gallon tank. i believe i filled it up with a 75% of water.
