HITH?

Hey, I got my female GT today from Tri-mar and a small white lump has appeared on her head, its the only one on its body, im unsure if its a wound from chasing other fish that she may have caused or if its HITH, the best pics i could are these. Please help

You just got it today? Let it settle in for a week or two, then re-post this question if that mark is still there or if it's gotten any worse. Oh, and keep up on water changes. CLEAN water goes a long way in fighting off any injury/disease/parasite.

I would give it a couple of days . . . HITH moves very slow if that is what it is but it's likely something else.
