Just noticed two spots on my dovii. One on his forehead, the other closer to his nose. Is it hith?

Tank is a 360 with a sump. Other fish in tank are 3 barbs. Ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 5-10 with api test kit. Food is north fin and Xtreme as a staple. Various frozen fish foods as treats along with peas. I run the water through a carbon filter before adding it to a tank. I read that could be a cause of hith.
