Not really the Bee sting, but there are reports that the venom from bee stings can destroy the virus. http://news.msn.com/rumors/rumor-bee-venom-kills-hiv

Nanoparticles carrying a toxin found in bee venom can destroy the human immunodeficiency virus while not harming surrounding cells, researchers at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis found, as reported in the current issue of the journal Antiviral Therapy, sparking news reports in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and elsewhere

I love how nature provides a cure to everything that ails Man.

Wow! That's impressive then. Yes, it seems nature has found a way if Te results are consistent.

I agree consistency of results were my initial thought. Obviously the study hasn't been going long enough to call it a success, But it makes me smile. I've been fortunate in that I only know of friends of family that have died due to hiv/aids. I hate for incurable diseases to exist in the "civilized" world. Sometimes I think that all of our progress is for naught.
