hey and welcome.
not sure if it works with plecs but when my front had it i just held him upright for a bit until he passed a load of air and then he was back on his way.

2MFK Sorry about the blote thing but I only had one fish get it, a Betta in a clean 29 gal tank. Did not know how she got it, how to rid her of it and it done her in.
