I have a fifty five gallon that will be empty soon, and im itching to get something to fill it.
Requirements: care level: I'm willing to do any level of care.
lizards only please, and no cricket or roach diets, so MRP, veggies, wax/meal/super worms.
Could be aggressive, or not. I don't really care.
I have been considering a trio of Eremias arguta. But I'm still not decided.

Originally it was going to be for a leachianus, but my room is too hot for them :(

A standard 55? A horizontal conversion could give you a shorter/wider home suitable for a blue tongue skink (if you don't already have some) or another heavy-bodied lizard that really doesn't require much in the way for burrowing or climbing. Your biggest challenge then would be mounting basking lights but that could be overcome in a number of ways, drilling glass, running the cord through the front opening, etc.

Another option would be a bioactive setup, 6"+ deep soil, with a colony of female leopard geckos... though there is a spirited debate about whether they can be worm-only lizards.

I'm not really willing to do any conversions to the tank, I was thinking about leos lately, and whatever I do will definitely be on a bio active setup like my Uro.
