i think i'm addicted to peacock bass...:ROFL::headbang2

i find myself searching for more to add to the 120g grow out instead of trying to sleep.. lol

found two 5" ocell's that i need to snatch up sometime this week :) it's sad really... the grow out will then have 5 lil guys..
 
whats with the big bump on the ones head ? does that mean he is a male ? what why the huge bump ? i think you should breed them for people her ein ontario as there getting hard to find here dude ;)
 
the one with the big hump is one of the male mono's in the tank. he's also the dominate pbass in there even though the biggest male in there is 17" :)

i have a breeding pair of monos in there as well and I was hoping for some eggs since they started clearing a spot in the sand and clearing the piece of slate in there but nothing. Once i see some eggs, I will have to remove the catfish in there as well.

if anything happens i'll let you know. in the mean time, get some of those ocellaris and post pics! :D i want to pick some up depending how they look.

do all the PB males get that hump ?? or just certian breed's ? like do the oce's get it ?
