and i were discussing this off line.
Will be setting up sump for a 150 soon and was thinkimg about if it could work or not.
The way i see it is if the hob overflow box is rated for 1000 gph and its dual bulkheads each bulkheadahould move 500 gph. I would have atleast match the pump and siphon drain to 500gph so that in the event of a clog the E drain can take on the flow. Which for this tank is too low of a flow rate.
But this could work on a smaller set up right ?
