I am currently setting up my first tank, 75 gal FW.

2 AC110 filters
2 Aqueon Pro Heaters 250W each
Artificial plants and decor
Quikrete Commercial Grade Medium Grain Sand Substrate
Natural driftwood
Lighting - single bright 48 inch LED

My stocking list:

To be added first:
12 Neon Dwarf Rainbowfish - 4 males, 8 females
14 Harleys

To be added slowly about 2 months later:
8 Otos
8 Peppered Cories
1 BN Cat
Would also like 2 Mystery Snails, but not sure if I can provide the 2 inches of air space they need

My question - I have already purchased an AC110 and am ready to purchase the 2nd filter. Are 2 AC110's enough to filter the 75 with this stocking list?

that second ac110 will be perfect ....they really are the most versatle FILTER there is .....like having a can on the back of your tank......

2 AC110s seem like overkill to me. I have one on a 90gal and I feel like it has a really strong current to it. While you have alot of fish in there, they all stay small & have small bioloads. I would start out with one AC110 and monitor your water. If you see ammonia spikes, add another filter.

one might do it...:) but I would go with 2 ....
