Holding Altifron

How long should I wait before I strip eggs from female,or better yet,how long before they hatch? I would prefer to strip fry instead of eggs.

not exactly sure on this since i dont have any geos.... yet but usually cichlid fry hatch within a couple days so chance are if she has been holding for a couple days they may already have hatched and be wrigglers, but why are you stripping her of them? are there tankmates that would eat them or something? i would try and leave them with her for as long as possible if you dont have any predatory tankmates with them
