My female Metraclima Greshakie who I have only had 6 days looks to be holding eggs. She is refusing to eat which was my first sign but her mouth looks all huge along with chin, it looks extended.

Should I move her into her own tank or leave her?

I have a albino ice blue as well, I don't know the sex but I am now guessing it is a male, it is also the dominant fish in the tank.

Well, it depends on whether you want to keep/sell/raise the fry. It is possible that a few will survive (depending on tank decor/hiding places) if left in the main tank, but many will become snacks for the other fish.

Another determining factor is how the other fish are reacting and treating her. Is she being chased constantly or stressed in some other way? If so, it is very possible that she may just swallow the eggs.

This is going to be my first batch of fry, besides live bearers of course.

How long do they hold? (I think I read 18-20 days...is that right?) Should the tank be bare bottom, what kind of filter or just an air stone? Should the male be with her in the separate tank or is she alright by herself?
Anything would be wonderful to add to the things I am reading on random websites. (:

She should just be by herself in a bare bottom aquarium
