Hi guys
Few weeks ago I moved few of my fishes from grow out tank and they all went to my main 120L g. Few days ago I realised that my taiwan reef is actually a female and is holding. I suddenly notice much more aggression and whats worse, it looks like my current tank boss - red fin borley lost his crown to OB peacock. This OB is mad, from 2 days he spend all day on chasing others and damaging their fins. So the question is :
1- should I remove this female and place it with my 1.5inch juvies in 20g tank? Any chance my OB will chill down if she is gone?
2 - will my 1.5 juvies be safe with 5in female?
3 - can big female stop young males from developing colours?

Tbh I honestly don't know if the female Taiwan Reef will kill or eat the smaller African Cichlid. Yes remove female asap or the aggression in the all male aquarium will just get worse.

Agree. 1.5" should be safe for a couple of days, but no guarantees.

Longer term you can't keep her in the 20G...why not strip her and rehome now?

I will find out on YT how to do it, I need to find new home for her, I will leave that striping for last day before rehoming. I think with mouth full of eggs my juvies are safer??

Good illustration for other readers of the need for extra tanks with all-male.?
