Hole-in-face disease

i have a red devil and if you look at it head on, you can see multiple holes in its face. Is this hole-in-face disease and if it is can i cure it?

Are they symmetrical? Probably sensory pits and nostrils.

never heard of red devils getting 'hiyh/f'. i say its most likely to be sensory pits. mine had a few.
