Doesn't look like HITH to me, although the pics are not very in focus. It would be unusual to get a single hole just there as a presetation of HITH also.

If its a scrap, Just keep an eye out for any type of infection. Early stages of HITH look like ulcers almost.
I dont see anything off with the lower jaw. If infection or HITH becomes present, dose with Melafix. Otherwise just give him a bit of salt for now to aid the healing process.

ya probably its just injury from transportation when i bought it from my friend it didnt have it and when i put him in my tank he had it with some damaged pestorical fins.
But what im asking will the Api general cure damage my flowerhorn even more because i dosed it monday.

General cure is Metro and Praz which wont stress your fish out too much. No more of that is needed unless you see problems. Give him a bit of time and TLC and he will perk right up. Very nice pattern on his head BTW.
