I'm gonna take a pic soon but I suspect it has hole in the head-there are a few spots where it seems tissue is missing on the basses head...I treated it with General Cure by API...
My questions are:
Can it spread to my arowanas and tsn x rtc hybrid cat
and
Is it curable?
I was reading the thread about hole in the head but didn't see these answers so any advice would be appreciated!

As a general rule, never treat your fish with medicines unless you are sure of the exact cause and diagnosis. Hole in the head issue has several causes. There are plenty of information in the sticky thread "Freshwater Disease Guide". Causes would be nutrition deficiency, poor water quality, internal parasites, etc. HITH is curable depending on the causes.

What we need to know are your water parameters, filtration capacity, eating habits, appearance of poo and food menu given to the fish.

Hey lupin...he's been feed frozen shrimp and freeze dried shrimp-however around 3-4 weeks ago I did chuck in around 5 feeders for him
water quality is great (he has been transfered twice in the past month and a half to 2 months due to him being a little aggressive for his previous tankmates)
filtration on the 150 gallon is a fluval 405, 205, and a whisper 100 gallon air pump connected to air filter boxes...
and poo on the floor is very minimum
Do you think those feeders were what brought it out?

If you did not breed and rear the feeders on your own, then these are the likely causes. I'd stop feeding them feeder fish. Feeder fish are not widely encouraged anyway and you would be better off with earthworms, mosquito larva, bloodworms and other safer options. The key is varied diet. Sticking to a few staples will not help your fish get the required nutrition and they suffer nutrient deficiency as a result.

How often do you change the water? What test kit do you use?

No, it shouldn't. To me, your food menu is inadequate which may explain the HITH. I'd correct that.

I read somewhere to powder a multivitamin and soak it with the food in the tankwater for a bit then feed it to the fish...I'll also add to the diet with some food you suggested
Will the craters in his head clear up or just stay like that?

Thanks for the help

The craters will heal if you keep the water clean aside from correcting nutrition issues. You could make gel foods mixing beefheart, veggies, pellets, calcium and then multivitamin in it. Gel foods should be refrigerated and it'll last you a month at least depending on the amount done and fed to fish. Use Knox brand gelatin.
