Hole in the Head with Aros??

Hey guys! Has anyone ever experienced 'Hole in the Head(HITH)' with Arowana's???
i've been seeing HITH with my aro so i switched up the diet and have been feeding him hikkari pellets now. He use to be on Meal Worms. Anyone have any ideas how to cure HITH? other than HEX?

keep wc regularly, add salt, increase temp to 30-31 deg C thats all ... remove active carbon if you using it.

What are your water water parameters (A,N,N) ?
Are you using carbon in your filtration ?
How old is the arowana ?
What tank size ?

aro is over 1 year old
tank is 175g

Maybe its Diet? he use to be only on meal worms cause he wouldn't eat anything else thats when he started getting holes in the head. I read this article taht said that a lack of vitamin C can weaken fish andlead to HITH. I just starved him to eat pellets so I'm happy about that atleast. at the moment I've cut out the SW and been feeding him Pellets, EW and Shrimp. I'm going to try to feed him chicken next.
