Hole in the head

my gold severum has 3 holes at the top of its head. Is there anything i can do for this? does the fish need to be removed? none of my others have anything wrong at all.

Increase heat, salt, and lots of water changes. What do you feed it?

i do water changes weekly, i feed a mixture of pellets, frozen shrimp, frozen blood worms.

water changes and feed more of a variety of food. ie....veggies, and meat pellets.

I know that water changes help with HITH. Maybe bump up your water changes 2-3 times a week until it goes away.

nothing seems to be working on this one gold severum....anyone have any ideas?? Is this something that can spread to other fish? they're all compeltely healthy looking with no signs of this.

put it in a small tank so u don't need as much solution. i am pretty sure it's not contagious but it does save money to relocate it.

Ive seen this before it doesn't seem to be contagious but it is a pain to get rid of if you can move to a smaller tank to treat individually do so...
