hole in the head?

ok well i recently moved my red devil to his new tank and payed very close attention to his face and noticed very very small holes around his eyes, should i be worried or is this normal? i dont think they are sensory pits since my oscar has those and i no how it looks like but these are little tiny holes, i tried taking a pic but its just to small to see in a pic

ps they are very hard to see u really have to focus on it

It could be the start of HITH. Take whatever preventives to avoid it from getting worse.

ok but i dont know what im doing wrong hes eating dinanichi pellets and the water is fine

i just noticedd that those holes in his head are just under his sensory pits they are just slightly bigger than the sensory pits is this normal? annyone?
