"HOLY GRAIL" FISH!

I always hear about how a certain rare or cool looking species/morph of a fish is the "holy grail" of that species. For example, i heard people saying that a platinum alligator gar is the holy grail of gar keepers! So i am curious as to what the "holy grail" (in your opinion) is to the type of fish you keep!

For some festae (red terror) keepers a barless female is a "holy grail" of festae.

lake turkana subspecies are the holy grail for Senegal and PBB bichirs.

Channa Amphibious is supposedly the holy grail of Channa keepers. There is only the description with hardly any record of anybody keeping them or seeing them.
 
There are too many obscure doradids, almost any could be considered a holy grail. Perhaps something like a wild albino doradid...
