yeah man, this surfaced a great while ago and shows up again every couple months. its just a nice king kamfa that somebody inverted the colors with in with photoshop.

The picture was photoshopped by a member on FHrus with the intention of flooding it on the net to see how many dummies/noobs there are, and it sure does get LOTS of people, seen this pic post literally over 20times.
