I'm not trying to be a wise guy but I don't understand over half of what you write. Is english your native language? IDK if it's me and I'm getting to old understand the new slang or what. Help me out here.

i was born here left when i was 5,lived 15 years in portugal(azores),i have very few education worked since 13,know how to speak for languages portugues is my strong point ,sorry im tryin my best, plus ive only owned a computer for a hand full of months now, ok here ,what is wut ,some is sum,sup means what's up,and is n,you is u,not trying to be a wise one either just lending out a hand, sorry is sry...

Not to be a wise guy either, but I think that might be the issue. Most of the more experienced fishkeepers on here are older and arent into texting, twitter or the abbreviated words youre using to ask your questions or get your point across.

You might want to try and not do that on this forum because most wont take you seriously...or will write you off as someone that cant communicate properly, so theyll think you wont understand what theyre saying. Either that or they, like me, are growing tired of the laziness & bastardization of the english language that the younger "urban" generation seems to be ok with.

Getting answers you might need to your questions on here (or forums in general) is greatly determined by your linguistics, vocabulary and demeanor towards others. Your threads and text represent you and if its illegible or incoherent at best, you probably wont get legitimate answers.

Take your time and type the words out correctly and youll get better responses. Everybody is understanding of the fact that we have people from all over the world here and language differences, but most have 0 tolerance for texting language used on the forum...its a sign of laziness and lazy+fish hobby dont go good together.

Back on topic...If you built that cabinet, great job and attention to detail, especially on the canopy!

^ My thoughts exactly, and very well put. On with the point of this thread... Nice build, and the canopy looks exceptional.

thankyou it means alot to me coming from you,& i'll try my best to write as properly as possible, your avatar creeps me out,not trying to be a wise guy ,but did he catch crabs or something

That explains a lot, between the slang and the accent/syntax it's diffacult to understand. My family came from Italy when I was very young and I didn't start speaking English every day until I went to school. When writing you should try not to use the slang for a while, it will help you develope a better command and use of the language and will be easier for everyone to understand and help you.
Você compreende que I' provérbio de m?
