Please leave criticism, good or bad. I based it off the sponge filters but used two pot scrubbers instead. This is just a back up filter in my 29 gallon, i already have a HOB rated for 275 gph and an undergravel filter so i have pleny filtration! I dont think my air pump is powerful enough so im going to get a bigger one for it. Oh yeah, make sure to turn your head sideways i dont know what i was thinking when i recorded this:screwy:.

hmm i cant embed the video so please click the link!

id worry about that hoseclamp rusting but other than that it looks good as long as its drawing through the bottom and not just through the opening at the top

Thank you:) It does draw through the scrubber, so thats cool. The hose clamp is stainless so i should be set there! Anyone else? Does it look like i have enough flow coming out of it?

simple, cost efficient....looks like its a winner.....

I would use a ziptie instead of the clamp looks kinda sharp for a fast moving fish , could fillet a fish. but other than that looks like it does the job ... good work :headbang2

that's like putting a power head in the tank and putting a hose to the power head and connecting a plastic soda bottle to it filled with cotton, carbon and bio balls.
