I wanna start feeding tilapia to my bichirs, but how do I prepare it? I bought frozen tilapia from the store and was clueless on boiling it or giving it to them frozen.

Allow to thaw, and then feed shortly after. Do not pre-cook.

I buy fresh and slice it into appropriate size for feeding, place it into gallon freezer bag lay flat and arrange it into a single layer so when it’s frozen it can be separated.
When you are ready to feed just thaw out the amount you need.

That it in warm water, take it out, stuff it with quality flake or pellet, and feed
