Ok lets try this again i have 2 of these and i cant tell if they are a male or a female of if they are both females. here are the pics

Not sure, but Im going to say both female, I'm more confident about the one in the second picture, because even though it's blurry, I see alot of orange.
so now i need to pick up a male somewhere. i went to the fish store today and they all looked like females. i dont want to spen money in a batch of 10 frys to get 1 male out of it
I noticed, especially with cons, (I know you got HRPs) that batches will be mainly male or mainly female, you don't usually get an even mix. I think it might have to do with temperature like in alligators. Anyway, HRPs are pretty easy to sex, so take your time, insist that the guy nets out exactly which one you want, and if you have to, shop around. If your having a hard time sexing, do a search on this site, there have been like ninety threads on this.
