The tank that I'm working on is a 125 gal. with a Rena XP@ and a XP3 on it. the current inhabitants that I want to build the tank around are the 4 Honduran Red Points, it looks like I have two pairs. Right now the tank has some extra fish in it, but I plan to relocate 2 Pike, 3 Firemouths, 4 Australian Rainbows and 3 Giraffe Cats. I also plan to change the substrate from sand to gravel. I would like to possibly add a Electric Blue JD and a GT. But I'm also considering some Kribs and Bala Sharks. Maybe even Angels? I am very undecided and open to suggestions and comments.

do some nice tetras..

125g is a ton of room for those guys. I have a dozen phantom tets with a breeding pair of HRPs in a 55. The HRPs dont even give the tets a second look. I would say go with some bigger ones like Congo tets. That would look pretty cool.

js77 Do you have any pics?

Are the Congo Tetras pretty hardy?

Here is the tank they are in. If you look in the Breeding section under the "HRP Eggs" thread you can see my pair.

I don't know much about Congo tets, but they look awesome full grown, 4" or so. And with 125g, you could have a decent school.

wow man that is an awesome tank..

You could do a nice school of congo tetras, and maybe female nicaraguan cichlid could go in there. They're relatively peaceful and don't get as big as the male nics. They're also colored better than the males.
