Well heres basically my question, when i visited the dubai mall aquarium, my friend and i decided to touch the amazonia fish, even if there was warnings of not too lol
he touched the arapaima and i decided to just put a finger on one of there large arowanas, silvers ofcourse. So to my surprise instead of being spooked the fish liked it, it moved backwards and forwards under as if enjoying my finger lol. I hope this makes sense. sort of what a cat would do.
So now im inlove with aros and I want one! im planning in advance here and just need some help! I am only 17 and I cant really house Huge tanks so what is the smallest aro i can keep? ive been looking at jars atm and was thinking of a 1metre wide tank by 3metres long and 60 cm high? (450 gallons) is that suitable for a single jar? i know silvers get longer than that.
