hooking soft baits

i got 50 soft baits (different kinds too!) for only $3!!!!! flea markets are amazing. anyway i was wondering how to put a hook in the back AND the front cause sometimes littler fish will bite at the back or even a big fish wont take the whole lure and just nibble at the back so i would like to know how to rig JUST the soft bait with 2 or more hooks 1 at the front 1 at the back
