So I'm not sure if I have a sick fish, but I'm a bit worried about my Tetra. I inherited four black skirts and their tank a few months ago, and one of them seemed to be getting fatter, at first I didn't think anything of it but now I'm worried. He looks like he ate a small marble, it kinda looks like I overfed him, but his belly is protruding on one side, and his eyes used to be the pretty silvery color with the black stripe, on one side it looks like his eyes have turned almost black and are slightly glassy. I fed them and he pooped but it's whiteish, almost clear. All my other tetras are perfectly fine.
It won't let me upload a photo for some reason, argh.
This video should work, best I could get.

so I caught him and put him in a large net to try to get him to eat some, but he felt super slimy. Then I noticed his left eye is cloudy while his right looks like the socket turned black around it. I'm starting to wonder if maybe there's more going on with him. I did inherit him, so I have no idea how old he is either. Still no luck finding the general cure - seems everywhere is sold out of it
