i am getting an article published in the T.F.H. magazine and will be recieving any where from 175-250 dollars so i will buy a fitec cast net and... maybe an aquarium at the very most it would be 44 inches long 12 inches tall and 15 inches wide (how many gallons would it be?) i know its not very large but the only way i could make it bigger is to buy another stand (the one i have now is a super strong book shelf ) which might be too expensive. the estimated cost of the aquarium will be about 100 dollars just for the glass:WHOA:
the pump would probably be 40 dollars or more (i would have enough filtration for about 75gallons+ i would use beach sand and rocks.
i want tankbusters for sure a pike would be going in and i REALLY want an EBJD soo bad:drool::drool::drool: would it possibly work?
also any other tankbusting fish would be great.
here is my whish list
EBJD
WOLF FISH
CONVICT

GEOPHAGUS
I CANT THANK OF ANYMORE AT THE MOMENT BUT DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS???? I REALLY AM OPN TO SUGGESTIONS:D
I may not even get the tank but i am pretty sure i will. I may have to make it only 36 inches long though:(.
i am open for suggestions etc and will keep you updated.:headbang2
Thanx in advance!!!

I would say go small, like one of the cichlids you mentioned. Also untill you have the tank or know for sure what size you are getting I would wait to plan the fish...

Here is a pic of a red wolf.. and yes a mala will more then likely kill everything.. BTW.. that tank size would be 34 gallons.

Thanks a lot 34 gallons doesnt seem very much does it :( but it is the length that matters.
Is that wolf fish yours? it is beutiful!!!
If i get the tank i will put an EBJD in it (unless it would kill my pike of course.)

Congrats on the article getting published!
