Horay! Their eating somthing else!

I've had 4 young D. Microscopileps for nearly a fortnight now and the guy in the shop said that they were being fed on Bloodworm (Live + Frozon) And i haven't been able to get them to eat anything else. And today they have had some prawn! Which is great! As i'm running a little low on frozon food at the mo. Now i just need to get them onto some pellets.

thats awesome ...........I finally have gotten my NGT and my Indo on frozen krill.............a lot cheaper and safer than stupid rosie reds.........Now all my fish are on either pellets and or frozen!!!!

My dats mostly eat shrimp and beef heart. They really love the beefheart a lot

same for me my little NTT is now eating prawn after a live only diet.

i think that is great..always makes my day when they eat something that i want them too..yippee!

Prawn is certainly cheaper than bloodworm. Now to get them onto pellets.

I can understand that they are prediatory and i don't mind giving them bloodworm and other meaty foods most of the time but i wish they'd eat more dry stuff. Somtimes they take the odd pellet but thats it.

I've only had them for i fortnight so i think that they have settled in better which might have affected there eating. So i'm gonna add some plants today to make them more secure.

They will be taking pellets eventually.. look how far you have come with them already... patience and they will start to love their dry food too.. my arow loves his pellets .
