Horray arow ate

Horraayyy my arrow ate for the first time since i got him a week ago... took a 1.5" cricket whole im well chuffed he was ignoring everything up to now.

Question:

Flow and arowanas... i have quite alot of flow in my tank esp at surface with a spraybar and i dont think my arow likes it its come from a tank thats had virtualy no flow should i change my ideas or will he adapt? hes 14" btw.

Woo he just took a wax worm too i turn the filter off for feeding him but i dnt want to every time i do, so what do u say

He'l adapt or change to less flow method ?

my silver is perfectly fine in my tank and is taking down pellets and geckos on a regular basis. I have a lot of surface tension as well with 2 maxi1200's and 2 emp400's then my FX5 return as well, this creates a mini cyclone in the middle of my tank which keeps the pellets I feed in the center of tank.
