Horrible luck with pbass

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That's too bad.The ich could have been dealt with but I guess the lima was going to make his move the first chance he got.

The ich was to serious before i noticed because it didn't look like ich, it looks like bubbles stuck to him. and the temp was 80 or more and i dont know the parameters, dont ever check

Grow them out in their own tank with the temp cranked up to 86-88 degrees. Ich wont be a problem, and there won't be any cats to eat them.

Not checking your water parameters, especially when adding new stock, is asking for trouble.

Thats what i was thinking lol. i have a spare 29 anyways but im getting rid of my 2 jd's in the 55 and gettn some mating cons so thats unlimited food for them too so i might separate the tank with like 10" on the far side for the cons and drill holes big enough in the plexiglass separator for the babies to swim through and get eaten so the cons don't beat on the pbass since they are very weak and skittish when small. Sound like a good idea or no?
